This activity is actually a 3-in-1 stacker, inspired from the Montessori education. Using a stacker is good for a child's hand eye coordination, concentration, focus and spatial awareness.

Stage 1 – This is a set of 3 rings of same size (and colour) with a central hole and a vertical stick. Around 12 months the child merely learns to grasp the rings in various new ways. As their hand-eye coordination improves, the child learns to place the rings through the central rod, one above the other.

Stage 2- This activity should be introduced to the child at a later stage.  The child begins to learn size gradation as they create the stack from large to small.

Stage 3 – This is a bit tougher as it required the child to think differently. It requires a little more skill and co-ordination than the earlier stages as the child learns to pass them through the horizontal rod, one after the other.

This is a wonderful activity that will build your child’s confidence with the hand development that occurs while playing and building their self-esteem as they master each stage.

The toy has been handcrafted from a medicinal plant, wrightia tinctoria.  The colours used are natural and non-toxic. Hence this is a completely safe game. Stacking toys are one of the earliest educational toys recommended for children. They help kids develop motor skills which is an essential part of a child's growth. It is the foundation for being able to write, tie their shoes, buttons, etc.

Recommended Age - 11 months to 2.5 years.

Each piece has been pain stakingly hand-crafted by artisans from Channapatna using the traditional lacquer ware turning technique. The wood used for all channapatna lac-ware products is completely safe and is 100% eco-friendly. Any irregularities on the wood are part of its natural beauty.
